I am setting up small business selling cakes,biscuits and hot drinks at craft fairs, boot sales, etc. What is the best way to heat water for drinks?

Small 'Burco' type boiler, off a 13A socket.
Portable gas appliances probably not permitted in community-type halls - too much of a fire hazard.
