I would eat something plain like scrambled eggs and toast.
dried toast and cuppa of tea
Just eat a little of what you fancy..........
no scrambled eggs sorry ummmm - they would curdle your stomach
No they wouldn't. They are already scrambled.
LOL.....I know what "curdled milk" looks like, but what does a "curdled stomach" look like?
Chicken soup, I hope you all get better soon xx
Bananas
Rice
Bread or toast
Applesauce
Canned fruit
Cooked vegetables
Crackers
Dry cereal
Lean meat
Plain mashed or baked potato, no skin
My sympathies-had this bug last week-not recommended! Your body will tell you when and what to eat-plenty of sips of water to avoid dehydration. Good luck-it does improve!!

oh dear, not scotch egg then?
a sugary fizzy drink shaken to take the fizz out, not diet, ginger ale is best with a salty dry biscuit or plain crisps
Aye Zacs - if you had all those foods in your house - with this weather - I haven't a drop of milk and with a sprained ankle can't manage to get out. Will get some from neighbour - but the rest forget it.

I had the same as Mr B, kicked off my malabsorption and couldn't keep anything in my system for nearly a week, not nice. As others have said, flat ginger ale is good for sickness. I suck on ready salted crisps to try and get some salt in (as rehydration sachets taste yuk), gentle crackers like water biscuits or matzos.

If you are still struggling then jelly and fruit lollies are quite good, especially for getting fluids in.

Nothing too sweet, spicy, fatty, rich etc... Avoid too much dairy and wholegrains. Go for easily digestible.

Hope you are all feeling better soon! x
toast, and tonic water
Tonic water for your stomach problems and stewed apples for your husband(an apple a day!!)
LOL SQAD X
My sympathies bednobs, we were all rotten last week, went right through the family only missed one of my daughters, and she ended up exhausted running around looking after everybody. youngest grandson ended up in hospital for two days on a drip.
As everybody else has said, eat dry bland things, biscuits, toast etc and make sure you drink plenty.
Hope you all feel better soon. X
Toast and soup then build up from there - just plain foods nothing spicy and drink plenty - same with little one keep well hydrated
