Problem Sending Emails To Multiple Recipients In Outlook

I am using Outlook 2007 and have just set up a second email account. Both my email accounts are Hotmail. I can send and receive emails with the new account but I cannot send emails to multiple recipients from the new account. The email sits in the Outbox and won't send. There are no errors displayed when I select Send/Receive to try to force the email to send. I can send emails to multiple recipients from my first email account and have never had any problems doing this.

Hope someone can shed some light on this. I have trawled the internet but haven't come up with anything. Thanks.

How many people are you trying to mail at once?

In order to prevent spam being sent through their servers, Hotmail limits new account holders to a maximum of 10 recipients per message. That is gradually increased to a maximum of 100 recipients per message.

You might be able to increase the number of recipients more quickly by logging into Hotmail and then clicking on this link to provide them with your mobile phone number:
