There was a Bailey's advert where everyone floated about in a bar. The song was (I Think) 'les fleurs'. Can anyone tell me where I can get hold of a copy?

If it is Les Fleurs (dont know the ad sorry) its by Rotary Connection and there is a compilation, which includes this track, freely available.
