I just replied to a question in Art & Lit about Leonardo DaVinci and Michaelangelo, but the question has vanished! What happened there? It was in the right catagory, or has it been removed to go to q&p?

I replied to a question not long ago on Food and Drink. This has also disappeared.

Val.

maybe... it got reported by users, for being in the wrong category or whatever. This would remove it from screens until the monks decide where it should go. But as they don't come in to work until Monkday, it'd be in limbo for the rest of the weekend. That's just a hypothesis.
Me too..in food and drink and it has vanished ! The one next to yours Val I believe. They aren't in Q&P Dot. Some mad reporter at large perhaps?

Well I know a question about the two greatest artists that ever lived should have been in A&L and it was, therefore there is no reason to report it.

The poster may have posted too many questions in a short space of time and the spam robots could have removed all of them temporarily for scrutiny. It was not necessarily reported by anyone.

My query is slightly different. I answered a post in the Internet & Technology section and subscribed to the thread. I didn't have any response but when I physically went back into that question there was an answer to me from the originator that had been posted about 30 minutes before (I know this isn't long but the response time is usually instantaneous isn't it?) I have subscribed to this thread - wonder what will happen!

Hi All

I've just cleared alot of suspended posts by a Quiz and Puzzler - basically, no one reported the posts, but because the user posted alot of posts in a short amount of time the spam filter read the posts as SPAM and temporarily suspended the posts.

Which is why it is important that all clues are included in as few Questions as possible.

So, the million pound prize goes to Gen2....cyber cash of course.

Until that is, dotjhawkes buys out the AB and then you shall be paid in 'voddy'.
