Samsung Galaxy Ace 2, Wifi Icon

The WiFi icon at the top of the screen is coloured grey. It it appears to be working OK.
I had an idea the icon should be blue or green?
Is it set up correctly, does anyone know?

The wi fi icon is coloured grey on my ace 2 as well....

I have a Galaxy Note, the Icon is grey on mine but a darker grey indicates reception strength and little coloured arrows beneath it indicating fluctuating traffic flow (I think)
