Hello,

I have recently given up my job to concentrate essentially on my Canvas painting and Art. The lack of inspiration isn't the problem but the lack of space is. I have tried to look for a place on my own and contacted the council about taking over a floor of an empty building waiting for destruction or renovation but they have been quiet useless in coming up with helpful ideas. Could anyone direct me to the best way to find such a property? if I find an empty building how do I trace the proprietor or landlords/agents etc? Thank you very much for your time and thoughts.

If you want to know who owns a building, then you can contact The Land Registry who have details of all owners of properties in the UK.
