What Does Scally Mean On Ebay?

I have just been looking for some socks and sportswear for my son and came across a few adverts for used men's/youth's socks and tracksuit bottoms. All the adverts had the word 'Scally' in the description and the ads seemed a bit 'dodgy'.

What I'm wondering (don't want to Google for fear of what may come up on screen), is what the heck does this all mean? Is this stuff used for sexual gratification purposes or something?
