Just made the above (tastes beautiful) and will be serving it with couscous semolina. The dish lacks vegetables (only onions) so what would you serve along side it so it still keeps its authenticity and also will contribute to juice for the semolina.

Grated carrot with some toasted cumin seeds, squeeze of lemon juice and some fresh coriander would be a nice accompaniment.

Spinach fried wilted with some fried garlic and finished with some raisins and chopped preserved Lemon is nice too.

I was looking more for some liquidy accompaniement to absorb the semolina.
