I have got both of Nell McAndrews DVDs. They are excellent. One is non-stop aerobics and the other had a bit of boxing in too. They are really effective and not at all annoying or cheesy. Well worth the 15!!
Have you just been watching that programme on Channel 4? I'm looking for one that's low impact and is mostly just stretching, having realised they all seem a but rubbishy.
