I have a really ancient "brick-like" Nokia mobile which is about 10 years old but does all I need to do and fits into the equally ancient hands-free holster of my car. If I changed my mobile for a modern model, would it still fit the existing holster ? I'm unsure if different models of phones are inter-changeable in car holsters. I don't want the expense of having to fit a new holster just to accommodate a newer phone. Can anybody advise please. Thanks.

Almost certainly not. I changed my Nokia 6310 (one of the most popular phones; so of course they stop making it!!) for a Nokia 6210i, which is smaller and needs a different holder...and thats 2 phones only 18 months apart!
