I tried but they are asking for a number which is 10 digits in length... Please someone help me.
it would be 10 digits without the 0 at the front - how many digits do you have for your mobile phone number, they are usually eleven?
You are in Australia? This is a UK site so you may not get too much accurate help.

All I can suggest is to try it without any spaces 0412345678 or in blocks 0412 345 678 ...
