A quiz compiler stated, in 1998, that the view from the top of The Monument (in London) is a little different to the last time he was up there in about 1990, and the blame for that must lie with Messrs Murphy and Henry and their ilk. Nevertheless, there was still so much to see that he barely know where to start.

Several usually tip-top and reliable libraries have been asked but all to no avail. Here then is a challenge for all you bright Answer Bankers: Who were or are these Messrs Murphy and Henry?

Any helping effort will get a very warm round of applause!

Were they bombers who caused the skyline to have changed since the compiler was last atop The Monument? Just a thought.

Many thanks, Red. That was my immediate reaction but a good friend at Mr Livingstone's office doesnt think so -rather 8 years of new buildings.

Anything to do with the IRA at that time?
