Anybody know what happened in the end on Space Cadets?

They went into a separate "pod" to prepare for what they thought was going to be a space walk. They were told to watch a videotape of instructions. Instead they were shown a tape of all the clips of when they had expressed doubts about the reality of the mission. Then they opened up the pod and let them step out into the studio. They were disappointed, bemused, embarrassed, a mixture of emotions. But they all cheered up a great deal when they were told that they had won �25,000 each.
