Samsung Gs2 Phone.

When I am sent a photo message from another phone, it asks me to download the picture but when I click it the picture does not come through. Its not in the gallery or the download app. What am I doing wrong or are the settings wrong on my phone. Please help.

Are you using wifi or your network connection?

You need to put your wifi off in settings and turn on packet data in mobile netwirk settings. You can change it back as soon as you've downloaded the picture. It's a bit of a faff but apparently that's what you need to do.
