button through dressing gowns

why can't I find a button through dressing gown? The shops are full of bulky dressing gowns with tie belts which make me look like a sack of potatoes and never stay closed anyway. M and S have one but in the most awful washed out pastel colour. anyone got any suggestions?

could try matalan or bhs but they seem to make button through ones for old ladies!!

I have been looking for ages for a dressing gown with a zip, for the same reasons that you say. Not very lucky in my search, Shoey, but will let you know if I find anything for a reasonable price. I did see a gorgeous one in a shop today - it was �245!!

thanks for the responses. I have now tracked down both button through and zip dressing gowns in my local market. Should have tried there first!
