Green for new users

On the page to register, why not include in the inroduction "For two weeks your name will be in green" (or whatever time/colour is in operation) to save the never-ending question being posted "Why are some names green?"

perhaps under the heading Using The AnswerBank

(I think it would fit in right around Q.6)
