£26 a month seems about normal, so it's a reasonable deal. I think mine is £30, so fairly similar.

You can usually keep a number when you move contracts.

It's a good price yes. Not many minutes if you call a lot, fine if you text more.
You can change your number yes (look under Help and Support.)
I'm not familiar with 3 but have heard their coverage is not great, might be worth googling for some reviews of them.

Ok. Ideally I want a contract with unlimited Internet. That is what I would use the most but can't really afford anything over £30.
