Well I've just had a quick scan through four pages of posts and, unless I've missed it, nobody has picked up on the misuse of 'what' as the very first word of the question!
(It should, of course, be 'which').

I tire of those who mix up "been" with "being", and those who confuse "where" with "were" and don't get me started on there, their and they're.

I have worked with a great number of Poles and Lithuanians who have exhibited a greater command of the English language than those born and bred here. What does that say about our schooling?
i often see -bin - for been.... "i've bin to see the doctor" or "where've you bin?"

that comes from northern pronunciation i think
