What Time Is He Coming ??

Im stuck here waiting for the floortile fitter to come. Weve had to delay it twice before Xmas due to the death of my MIL and then my Mother, and then we had a leak coming through the celing. I think we have been jinxed since we decided to have to have our bathroom done. I hope he comes early as I need to get out at sometime today.

Just for a bit of friendly competition, what time would you guess he will arrive. It SHOULD be a.m. Thats all they would tell me

When he does get there he will have a seemingly valid excuse for keeping you waiting for half a day but tell him off anyway.

I will Tilly. Also the carpet shop. Its an independant carpet fitter and has to collect before he comes here, you think they would have noticed he hadnt been in for it as it surely it should have been ready and waiting for him for this morning. Its been ordered at paid for since October ! Ive asked them to ring and let me know what the situation is but as he hasnt been bothered to answer his phone all morning I bet I wont be able to chase him up again. I will never use them again ! and will tell them so !

we have paid for the floor covering but we have to pay the fitter when he fits it. We have done this before and they were very good, so I dont know why this has happened today. I had to check they still had it in stock as it was oct when we ordered and paid for it.

yes, a courtesy call would have been nice. I could have gone out this morning or stayed in bed, probably what he has done !

theyve just finished. Took less than 30 mins and Ive stayed in all morning. Lots of excuses. They said they didnt even know about it and they were just finishing off what they thought was the last one today when they got the call from the shop !! Such bad service, you dont know who to believe. It looks good though. Lots of leftover flooring. trying to think where I can use it up. I hate waste. LOL Thanks for all your support everyone. I think I would have gone mad waiting for them if I hadnt been able to chat to you all on here. Off out now. Ive had all morning to think about what to do for tea, and Im still wondering
