What do you see as the difference between an inside one and outside one? Lots have hoods on, what would be wrong with them?
Holy crap (heh!) those are expensive Sibs!

What's up with the neighbours gardens Messalina?

;-)
The litter spinner looks interesting - wonder how that works then.
Very good company though, B00, I've used them often

I thought any old covered one would do but she just wondered if you could get them.
Neighbour's garden is all nettles & brambles......
how do you fit inside that little box Sibs?
LOl ^ she asked, I wondered
With great difficulty, B00:-(
I like the look of the first one - red looks nice. But one of the kitties is not exactly bright and it may be too complicated for her. It is a lot of money to spend and then not be able to use.

Does the spinner one work like a salad spinner?
Messalina, do what i done, just get yourself a bog standard tray or any old plastic tray, drill some holes inthe bottom for drainage, go to a builders yard or garden center and buy a bag of very fine gravel, the sort they use to cover soil on pot plants tip some in, and your cat will be scratting away in it in no time the poo you will have to remove but then you can just swill the gravel now and again with the hose hence the drainage holes, you won't have to change the gravel for a long time, and don't forget you got a big bag anyway, a lot cheaper than cat litter.
I just paid £24.00 for an indoor (hooded) litter tray for the two rescue cats we are picking up tomorrow. I didn't think it was expensive considering it will stop our house stinking, I also invested £20.00 in a 'Litter Mate' disposal system so I can clean the tray out and dispose of the waste hygienically so as not to pee off the dustbin men who will have to cart it away every week :)
IMO, cat litter trays i made fancy and colourfull to attract the buyer, they are way over priced and whatever one you buy will smell whatever they say.
When we had a cat we made her a small 'lean-to' type box beside the back of the house and had her going in there for 22 years. The ground was usually dry there because of the eaves anyway, but she still use the box. A normal catbox with dry builder's sand in the lean-to kept her happily using it religiously, even when she was inside she would call to go outside to the toilet. We never ever had a cat complaint from the neighbours.

Had a call from friend. Her father is going to build something for Wilf (thats the cat). Apparently this will not just be a lean to litter box but will include a sun deck and shelter. It sounds like a des res. And the man doesn't like cats.
Awwww ^
