I am interested in people's opinions who have taken part in this program, more specifically in the North West region of the UK, and if so, did you find it useful or helpful to you?? i am interested to know exactly what sort of things they do or get you to do. i kow they help with CV's and interview techniques, but what else do they do?

I have depression and anxiety issues, so will it be tailored to my needs, or rather will these issues be taken into account, or is it just a case of do as we say even if it affects my health, or your benefits will be stopped?

many thanks.

You're welcome sproget, i'm actually glad you didn't read it as it was not nice at all.
Good luck on your course.

thanks daffy, have a good weekend.
Yeah i attended this program and i found it a unpleasant experience.
the staff are arrogant, and talk down to all their clients, i personally had one of the advisers stand up and insult me public in a room filled with 12 other job seekers, i was close to leaving but couldn't due to being contractually obligated to keep a roof over my head.
The staff are aware that by law you need to attend and they pray on that information, using it to bend the will of their clients.
I am a very skilled IT consultant and programmer, however they kept trying to force me into packing jobs or other under skilled work, better suited for those who are struggling to find work.
These training companies get bonuses to find clients fast work, and they do not invest in their clients emotional or psychological needs.
at the end of the day business is business to them.
if your not forced to go dont!
