Would anyone be stupid enough to rent one of his rooms and have to adhere to his strict demands?

£15 charge for leaving dirty dishes in the sink???

Love the bit at the end which says 'enjoy your read and enjoy your stay'!

no drugs?

no noise?

No stealing?

Bizarre indeed. But I think I could live with most of those. The pork business does seem a llittle odd, though. Maybe the landlord is Muslim/Jewish?
some of them were stupid,, i have the no pork rule in my house..no one takes a blind bit of notice and usually sneaks up on me to stick a hotdog in my face and yell haraaaaaaaaam at me..... maybe a £15 charge would stop that :p
...No certainly not. I'm a landlord and I'd have empty houses if I came up with nonsense like that, you have to give people some credit for being decent human beings. Some disappoint, most don't.
I could live with most of that, co-tenants can be messy inconsiderate devils...
I've lived a shared house or two in my time, and there's nothing more annoying than going to make a nice spag bol, for instance, and finding someone has nicked the last of your spaghetti! I think that rules a very harsh, but I would introduce one - £15 charge to pay cleaner to wash bath out if you leave pubic hairs in tub or deposit lost and vacate immediately!
sounds worse than prison, or Butlins,
Is TWR a landlord?
some are just bizarre, after you have eaten you have to go to your room as there is nowhere to sit, no social interaction, what a crock, does it state who the landlord/landlady is?
Why bring TWR into it?
Rule 6 "Alcohol must be kept in room."
But what if you don't drink?
take some in anyway, that fits in with the rules..
Lol...

My nephew is moving in next month so I need to do a list of rules. So far I've come up with.

1) Don't use the last of my milk/coffee/sugar
