how far in advance can make a dairy free cheese cake? i have never had to keep one before as they are usually eaten the same day, but i dont want to be in the kitchen to long on boxing day, can i make it to day?

since no one answered this question, I will answer it myself. just in case anyone else wants to know, it was a no bake recipe and kept fine for four days.
