Name of Song From a Fiat Advert Back in the 90's

This is really vague but here goes anyway. There was an advert back in the 90's for a Fiat car that used a great song that was released as a single. The advert featured a cargo ship, lifting the Fiat car (don't remember the model) off the ship and onto the quayside where a woman dressed in a black dress was standing.

Have you any ideas?

I believe that you mean the song used for the 1991 Fiat Tempra ad.

It was called "Only You" by Praise (Simon Goldenberg, Geoff MacCormack & vocals by Miriam Stockley)
