Hi, a friend has just got an e-mail rejected by its recipient, with a message directing him to http://www.monkeys.com/upl/listed-ip-0.cgi?ip=195.
92.137.107
We've looked at the page, but being technical ignoramuses havent a clue what it's talking about. Can you help? His ISP is Lineone, who don't seem particularly sharp at answering technical/ panic requests. That was an understatement, BTW!!

It's a scam! Don't do anything. It's designed to get hold of your IP address and e-mail address and tie the two together for the purposes of exactly what they are warning you against.
