How do you write (19.6 x 10) x (9.6 x 10 to the power of 8) in standrd form?

StandarD form means that it must be written with one digit before the decimal point and that this digit must not be zero.
So 188.16 in standard for is 1.8816 x 10^2 and so the answer is:
1.8816 x 10^2 x 10^9=1.8816 x 10^11
(Note that 10^ means '10 to the power of', so for example 10^9 means 10 to the power of 9)
