Freezing food

After freezing minced beef , I have defrosted and cooket it. Can I re-freeze the cooked mince.

certainly....I always buy mince in the largest pack size as this is the most economical. When I use it from the freezer it gets made into bolanese,chilli or shepherds pie mix then frozen in individual portions. As long as it's correctly re-heated again before use it will be fine.
i second that! if it was frozen raw then cooked you can certainly freeze it again. Do't reheat it and then re-freeze tho, that's nasty!

When in doubt - don't do it. Food poisoning isn't worth the small amount of money you'll save.
