I wonder if its really the cheapest you should be looking for. If money is all thats bothering you, a hose pipe and a bucket of soapy water should do the trick. If not I'd suggest trying to find a reputable clinic. Have you googled?

If you are concerned about cost why bother in the first place. Why not just drink lots of water and let nature do what is already a natural body function.
If you really do want to go through with this unnatural process there are online directories of London clinics if you google. A few phone calls or emails will give you an idea of cost.
A word of advice ....... know your enema !!
