I am going to try making a cheese cake with tofu 'cream cheese' and coconut cream, as we will be feeding someone who is dairy intolerant, what can I use to cheer it up a bit? as it will be a bit bland.

thanks eccles, I have never cooked anything with coconut cream so no idea how coconuty it will taste, but fingers crossed.
