A Good Cure?

I have found that a good cure for feeling low is to play my music and count my blessings that i am still able to listen and appreciate it at my age,I hear of so many of the eldery who have lost their facultys,very sad.

I agree dorro. I am 85 and slowly losing my faculties. I love to read and to do other things, like using this computer, (which use my eyes) and unfortunately for me I have macular degeneration, age related, which means I will eventualy not be able to do these things although still able to function. I also have to wear a hearing aid which definitely helps. I think I am fortunate to have lived in these centuries so that at least I have help to see and to hear. It could be worse - a lot worse - to be born in previous centuries when there was nothing available to help.
That's so positive, both of you - good to hear, in a time when so many people moan, that you are still able to do as much as you can :-)
I am coming up to three score years and ten dorro, as for music still in 1960's, love xwords, sudoku, and now ab, tune into jems jokes that will cheer you up lol :-)

Three score years and five magicmic, just had my cataracs done what a difference to my eyes,we should have had computers like this in our day I think we would have enjoyed life more,then again maybe not.cheers
