Has Anyone Had Problems With On The Beach Fligt Booking With Ryanair???????

I made a booking on line last night with On The Beach for flights which was through RyanAir. But tonight I still hadnt had a confirmation so I phoned them.The sent me the email and confirmation but it had the wrong dates on.? How do I stand with them changing them.......will they be able to make me pay extra.??

I don't know about Ryanair but Flybe allow free changes for 24 hours after booking. I'd get on the phone again.

Thankyou for your answers. Well I phoned them again last night but they was closed. So sent an email. And this morning phoned them again.........explained the problem and was told oh yes they had recieved an email but that department does work weekends so will answer it on monday,? So I asked about not being charged to alter it, although I am sure it wasnt my fault. and was told no you dont get 24 hours to change booking. So asked again about more charge and she said she didnt know someone will phone on monday.! So story will continue. I dont think I will book with them again. xx
