My daughter has double glazing. Central heating also. In the mornings her windows are streaming with condensation. Really bad as it runs off the sills and down the walls. She does not dry clothes on a radiator as she has tumble drier in shed. Any help or suggestions re a remedy would be appreciated.

She needs to ensure there is adequate ventilation. If she has no vents she can open leave a window ajar. Or put vents in. Otherwise there is always kit on the market for drying out the air.

She opens her windows during the day.
But the condensation problem is obviously occurring at night.........she needs to ensure adequate ventilation is achieved at night.
Yes, stop breathing at night Needy ;o)
Use the trickle vents if they're fitted to your windows. If you don't have them, it would be a good idea to have a handyman fit some for you.

They're usually fitted at the top of the windows, but you may need them at the bottom as well, to create a crossflow. Try the top first.
Last resort... fit a small louvered vent in the ceiling above each window (assuming the roofspace is above.)

The water must be coming from somewhere, How many of you are breathing at night. There are 2 of us here, single glazing, just a bit of mist on the windows in the morning.
