I have a huge tin of danish butter cookies and I'd like to jazz them up for a party. Any suggestions like: "add a dab of amaretto cream cheese and an almond" or some way to make them look/taste more interesting and diverse?

How about melting some nice chocolate (dark/ milk or white) and half dipping them.
