Could anyone give me a nice recipe for chicken satay?

I bought powder in Thailand, but don't have a clue what to do with it, and all the instructions are in Thai!

I have also bought some packets of sticky rice in M&S.

Thanks.

Gently heat some oil in a saucepan, add tblspoon of peanut butter, slosh of orange juice, squeeze of lemon juice, small amount of coconut( I used the block and grate it), pinch curry powder, teasp of brown sugar - stir all the time - when thickened add drops of water and once in while milk, teaspoon of tomato puree - stir well - if too thick add water, some chilli powder if you want it spicy. Mustn't be too thick or too thin, think that's it - can't remember off hand.
