maybe he has a urinary infection?

i would give your gp a call and see what they say.

cranberry juice is good but not as good as natural barley water. Just boil some pearl barley (from health food shops) in lots of water until the barley is soft. strain off the water and use it to make up his juice. If the barley water is a bit thick, dilute it further with plain water. My boy's wee got very strong quite a lot and barley water usually sorted him out in a day or less. I agree with verity tho, take a sample to your gp and get them to test it. they will probably issue some antibiotics straight away if it shows infection because of his age.

Sounds normal to me.
Make sure your little boy gets plenty of good old fashioned water! Nothing better for flushing the system out (so to speak)
