Cistern has been v. slow to fill up (10mins) although will flush properly when full. There is a plastic type tube thing in it, that has somehow become split, any ideas?
Thanks!

The plastic tube shouldn't make any difference to filling up. If nothing has changed then probably the inlet valve is partialy blocked. Turn off the water and dismantle the valve. There are different sized valves for different water pressures. If too small is fitted this can slow the fill up.
