i'm winging a morrocan recipe i once made, but have since lost. I've just found some ground almonds at the back of my cupboard that i know i originally bought for this recipe.
I can't remember if i put them in at the end or the start of cooking!
My stew is ready but a bit thin - would the almonds thicken it , or is it too late?

I use ground almonds in parsnip soup, I put them in for the last few minutes and yes it does thicken it. Luvly jubbly.
Yes they would. You can add them near the end. Sounds yummy!
