I think you will find they are a POM medicine and you will need a prescription from your vet.
I have had experience of dogs on Xalatan, which is often used in conjunction with a generic version of Cosopt. This was for a dog with Primary Lens Luxation, which often leads to Glaucoma. The drops are used to reduce the pressure in the eye caused by a build up of fluid.
I am on both of those :-)

Yes . its for glaucoma in my dog . I can get prescriptions off my vet and hopefully buy the cosopt cheaper online , my vet charges £38.32 per 5ml
If you can find a pharmacist to supply the medicine (for humans) you will find it is a lot cheaper. This tip came from my vet! The medicine is the same.
