I've had it for a year (contract runs out today!). I'm still undecided on whether it was worth it, and I am not renewing it.

You keep the same ISP & email and it just runs in the background speeding things up.

Seems to give a slight improvement in speed of text and pictures (but it does reduce the quality) but doesn't help for downloading mp3 or video files.

Sounds good in theory, but doesn't come close to braodband speed.

As Hammer has said , its not all its cut out to be . I had it for a while prior to installing broadband and its no comparison.

To get the full benefit of the speed you really severely lose picture quality on websites - its ideal for text only sites , its really just a compression tool for the data coming through - Id just echo Hammers comments..
And now I can't un-install the bloody thing. Aaaargggghhhh!!
i have had it for a year now and have just renewed it. i find it speeds up my dial up,i thought it was slow at first but i contacted them and they told me to change some settings. i am very pleased with it definetly renew it next year. you can talk to them if you get any problems. go for it
