Now I know that we don't have any proper prisons any more but surely we must have some sort of lock up facilities!
prev Will labour only be happy when we have been silenced?

though i often have the most vivid dreams of him, perhaps that is it, that it's in our subconscious, or the fact that you want them to come back.

It is not just the time they have left to serve that determines whether or not they go to an open prison, they are assessed as a "security risk" and recent behaviour is also factored in. I'm glad I didn't make that decision.

Lifers can be out after nine to ten years, but it is usually twelve before they are paroled on licence, contigent upon all sorts of factors.
