A friend of mine asked his GP to sign his passport application but he said he couldn't because he doesn't have a British passport himself. None of the other GP's could sign either, for the same reason. Nice one, eh? So who can sign?

So your local GP can find the time and be organised to sign passport applications for £20 plus a go. But when I asked to pay for a flu jab I was sent to Boots.
