How do I copy a file from my hard drive to a bland dvd ? Tried right click send to but won't accept for some reason.

You need a DVD writer and software drivers for it - e.g. Nero.

you cant just drag and drop onto a cd. The only prog that will allow you to do this is Direct CD, as this formats the blank disc for dragging and droppng files. Use Nero to copy files over, but it will not allow you to drag and drop. Alternatively if u have XP it will allow u to copy and then write to cd.

The easy way with Nero is to use the option create data DVD (I tend to use the nero smart start) and it burns it onto disc for you,
