I hope ur complaints work for your benefit but if it costs ur job
a step back is sometimes adviseable.

if i feel i have a complaint i speak to a few different people first to say whats going on, this way i get a feel for what people think and puts me right normally has to see if i are overreacting or whether its justifiable. if overreacting i usually go away and think about what ive been told and put things into perspective but i will see a complaint through to the end.

complaining cost me my job at corus as management turned on me for not sticking up for the company even though they were at fault, only for 3 years later for me to be proved constructive dismissal as they forced me out after this and a year later they got fined £350k plus court costs of over £200k as they were found guilty of health and safety breaches that i'd been turned against by the company for.

some people on here think i complain and get myself in trouble or whatever, but i just speak the truth and will fight to get the truth spoke, i believe truth prevails in the end and eventually the truth will come out in every instance
...thus proving you don't need us pathetic lot ;-)

but this is me justifying things also aswell, i don't personally no any1 on here so i can get a good view of things.
just dont like comments like what eddie is saying, i just like to cover all angles before escalating things.

i have my managers response and this is 1 thing i'm unsure of as the other issues he answered i can reply and ask questions further but has admitted 1/2 of them, it was just this 1 as i don't know whether it is stupidity or racist to say some1 is white when they know they are mixed?

thats all this question relates to and sum ppl blow it outta proportion, soz 4 going on a bit with longwinded answers
It looks to me as if you have a personality that gets fixated easily. Maybe you have it right about some of those situations and that they *are* unfair but need to be able to come out of it and see the 'bigger picture'. I say this because *I* get fixated on situations - I've done it here a few times and made a prat of myself, sometimes you just need to snap out of it, find a distraction ..whatever.
