Sky+ planner not recording

Our Sky+ planner is being selective about which programmes it records when set, keep missing out my favourite programmes and is driving me nuts! Can anyone shed any light on the problem please?

Well....I have had the same problem over the past few days and have searched the IT forums and apparently so have a lot of other people.

I did a full reboot last night and it is now fine.

Disadvantage....I lost all my recorded programs and had to re-set the ones that hadn't yet been recorded.
