shipping forecast spoof

3 or 4 years ago i heard a spoof on the radio of the shipping forecast. it wasnt a poem but a brief trip around the weather stations including german bight which was portrayed as a german shepherd dog who bit have looked everywhere on the net and cant find this particulary funny item. has anyone any idea what i am writing about. let me know thanks in advance ceasar

Thanks for that Howard I too have been trying to find it.It was once on Parky's radio show when we were in the car I thought it was hilarious.

thank you howardkennith but that is not the one. that is les barkers version. still searching ceasar. ps it is a very good spoof though. the one i am looking for did have a biting german dog.
No it wasn't the one I thought either,it was much funnier than this.Ceasar like you i've tried to find it in the past,but no success.
Wonder if it might have been a BBC Radio 4 show called One with David Quantick and Dan Maier? They used to do a regular spoof of the shipping forecast.
