Ankle - Ouch - Again

Have sprained the same bloody ankle that I sprained back in July. Fell down a rabbit hole over Hainault Forest this afternoon, walking my neighbour's dog.

We did have a pub lunch beforehand, but no alcohol was consumed {:o(

My question is: would this ankle still have been weak from previous sprain, which would have made it more likely for an injury to have occurred for a second time ?

Possibly OR could it be your hip that is at fault?

Evening Sqad - why would my hip be at fault - you mean like it gave way?

I do have osteoporosis in my spine and slightly in my hip though, but the opposite hip to the ankle I have sprained.
Evening darling....doesn't matter...a hip and spine problem could send you off balance.

I fell down a rabbit hole, Sqad - never came over all wobbly.

I only come over wobbly when Mr. T. suggests an early night....hahaha{:o(
