I got a starbucks small hot chocolate the other day with caramel and cream
£3.00 for a small one! Starbucks is out of the question! What is your opinion on starbucks?

Starbucks is my preferred high street coffee although it's no better than the lattes I make at home with a battery whisk.
It's a little expensive but much better value than the tea- is that more than £1.50 for a tea bag?
A Starbucks latte costs less than a pint of lager.

I don't drink coffee so can't judge starbucks on that. My local one is grubby, tatty and full of common people so I don't go in there.

I like their Vanilla Frappuccinos. They're not cheap either but you get more in them and a larger size than their other drinks so I can just about justify the cost...

I had a coffee in a Starbucks once, there being no other place on the main street of a small mid-west town I was passing through. After being offered every variety of coffee-based beverage known to man, they seemed quite put out when I said that, whatever name they wanted to give it, I just wanted a black coffee with some cold milk in it. I've never been in a Starbucks since.

I don't understand why people pay for this overpriced stuff - even the kids waiting for the bus in the morning have their Costa beakers of coffee. Why don't people have drinks before they leave home, or wait until they get where they're going?

I think the hot choc from Starbucks tastes nice and I would happily pay £3 for a decent drink - if it was actually hot!

The drinks from these places never stay hot long enough. I'm sure they don't use boiled water.

Their coffee is disgusting. I wouldn't pay a brass farthing for it. Everything else is far too expensive. Take no notice of my name, it is nothing to do with them I'm glad to say.

I have a costa on the way to work and occasionly treat myself to a med latte with an extra shot costs 2.85. But the maccys latte at 1.39 is ok too

Well thank you for all your opinions :) Personally im not a fan no more! But its nice and decent and would have it once every blue moon! Cheers anyway!
