HELP! How do I unstick my swimming cap. After a swim, the edges get stuck together & I fear that forcing it apart will split it.

Wet it before you open it.

I think I remember hearing that talc helped.

Yes wet it to open it then dry the inside and put talc. It won't stick then.

If it's Latex then you have to dry it thoroughly AND do what Duncer and Brinjal said. If you switch to a Silicone cap then you don't have to faff about with it.

Thx for all yr help but hav now purchased a new silicone cap as the other one has disintergrated!!
