I do wish he would vary the format - it's ALWAYS the same. And I'm sure the Military Wives also had a go at Lean On Me. Disappointing, especially as the first two series of The Choir ever were wonderful.

I watched it tonight, I like his way of doing it. It interests me that so many people in healthcare are very good at music - many doctors are talented musicians.

I think Garerth is great, can't believe he's pushing 40, only looks like a boy in his 20's !

The first series of the Choir a few years back was entertaining and indeed very fresh, this looks a bit tired now. As to the grumpy surgeon, don't think much of his voice.

I do love Gareth though, he is and has proved to be a very inspirational teacher.
